The recent news on the former Ministry of Education scholarship holder Jonathan Wong Wai Kheong, 25 was jailed five years for sexual penetration of a minor. He groomed his victim, who was then 15, and got her to perform demeaning acts.
Medical experts whom The New Paper spoke to say treatment is almost impossible.
