About Singapore Healthcare . org forum
This forum is designed to create a platform for discussion between healthcare users and different healthcare stakeholders (be it healthcare service providers, healthcare products vendors)
Healthcare is something that many people do not appreciate until stricken by an illness or disease. Once they experience the suffering, or perhaps even experienced the close shave with death, perspectives of life usually changes.
We have heard many stories about how one's life savings can be totally wiped out once down with a major disease e.g. terminal cancer, among the stories of the emotional roller coasters.
Healthcare can be a complicated issue for one who requires proper and affordable care, for example:
- should one be attended to private practitioner, or a practitioner from a restructured hospital?
- what is the difference between the service standards and the financial demands?
- Who is the right practitioner to attend to your needs?
- What are the available resources available in Singapore to support yourself and your family / caregiver?
and many more questions....
We can only know more from researching and hearing from others' experience.
Let's share our experience and knowledge so that someone else can benefit too!
