"Ask u something else. How to you maintain range of the shoulder joint? I constantly stretch & use that band to keep the shoulder joint active through the day after the mobilisation on Monday but it feels tighter every morning when I wake up these 2 days. It does feels like its slowly going back to square 1 or 1.1"

There are two main ways to improve shoulder joint mobility. One is through regular stretches. You can identify a regular routine to stretch the shoulder joint including:
1. shoulder flexion
2. shoulder extension
3. shoulder abduction
4. shoulder adduction
5. shoulder horizontal abduction
6. shoulder horizontal adduction
7. shoulder ER/IR

The second way is joint mobilisation (accessory movement). you will need a professional therapist to do this mobilisation for you as it is not possible to move two bones yourself.

Do note for any precautions specifically to your condition.

Another one you can consider for is the do some myofascial release. You can check with your physiotherapist or read up on ROLFing
