There is a nice recent article on "Quick Guide to Running for beginners"
[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]

It talks about starting off with walking, having efficient running posture, breathing, where to train, having a training partner, and upcoming race events.

Have you ever thought of all these factors when you run?

Again, reiterating from one earlier post, are you running to keep fit, or are you fit enough to run.

Running is definitely an activity that you are perpetually putting stress on your body in a repetitive fashion. So how do you reduce the risk? Have you considered the amount of stress loading if you are not doing it in a bio mechanical efficient manner?

Anyway for more listing of running events, see [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]

If you have tips and tricks, looking forward to your sharing in these forum

If you have any problems with your running, feel free to share. There is a strength and conditioning coach in the forum who can share some ideas as well.

Cheers
