Do anyone out there have any contact for good home tutor? I am intend to get one for my son but not sure I can trust online registered website for tutor or not. Seems like anybody can register as tutor! Prefer someone who "use" before to recommend. Any?
Thanks!

What are your thoughts of sending your kids for GEP training?

Well, my PERSONAL view is if they are gifted, they will not need to go for GEP training. If they are not gifted, then they are better off without going to GEP training...

OK, please dont shoot me... This is only my PERSONAL view... Razz

actually it's true. a friend of mine was sharing that her son was bored and not attentive during the childcare.. received complaint from the teachers.. then she brought the son for further evaluation by psychologist, and found that he is gifted. so naturally find the lessons in childcare boring.. eventually went on to the GEP. but her two daughters was not as gifted.. so didn't get in anyway..

so you're right.. it's definitely the child's genetical development.. how to train for such things.. but of course if the child has the ability then should be groomed accordingly..
