This had been a hot question in the early 2000s at SgPhysio forum asked by many foreign physiotherapists from India, Philippines and Myanmar.

Let's see: You are a foreign physiotherapist and wants to work in Singapore as a physiotherapist.

First thing first:
There is a comprehensive FAQ section in the Ministry of Manpower to address most of your concerns. See:
[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]

In the nutshell of the FAQ:

Firstly, you will to have an employer in Singapore ready to hire you!
Few places you can search for job opportunities. See:

Online platform:

Newspapers:

Singapore Physiotherapy Association:
Check with SPA on any job listing
[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] forum:
Check this forum for any listing
Personal Contacts:
Check with prospective employers on their recruitment or your friends working in Singapore

Secondly, your employer will submit a work pass application to the Ministry of Manpower. Your professional credentials and qualification would be evaluated as part of the work pass application, and you will be subsequently advised through your employer on the outcomes of the work pass application.

If your professional credentials and academic qualification do not meet the requirements of MOM, you will be required to sit for the Qualifying examination which NYP is administering.

If your professional credentials and academic qualification meet the requirements of the ministry, they will issue the employer your S-Pass, which allows you to stay and work in Singapore

Looks like the process has been quite clear for most inquiries

Hope this helps!
