Still need to exercise adequately in combination with electrical muscle stimulation.
Otherwise, ems definitely help you to focus those weaker group of muscles.

Could you advice if there any difference of the TENs that you have compared to those sold by OSIM or OTTO?
There are also china made products which are quite cheap these days. Any difference?
