Back Pain and stiff in the morning
I injured my back 2 months ago. I am still experiencing morning stiffness everyday. I can't bend over to wear my socks or shoes. Otherwise I am ok with no pain thoughtout the day. Canyon advise? It is because of my mattress?
Thanks!
Thanks!

can you share more about how did you injured your back 2 months ago?
2 months is a long time. If you are pain free through the day, and only experience morning stiffness, it sounds like any injured tissues would have been recovered. Your story does not described a highly irritable or severe problem. The morning stiffness is usually about the recovering joint/soft tissues which would require you to do proper prescribed exercise to improve the flexibility the back movement.

another exercise you could explore would be https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EepyTy5e3EY
Do ensure that you do not continue if your pain becomes worse.
Speak to a physiotherapist for a proper consultation if you require specific exercises for your back.
Keep us updated on your development!

Ya, strain it, I think from too much carrying. Will try the exercise first and see how. Thanks!

Do you think hanging on the monkey bar helps to de-load the spinal joints?
