I am 21years old and interested to lose weight about 5kg by 3months. My routine includes trackmill and cross trainer for 15mins once a week. I've no intention to change my current diet. please advise me. thanks. Laughing

Let's walk this journey together so that you can see results in time to come!

It is good to set a S.M.A.R.T for yourself.
S- specific (refers to having objective targets for yourself. In this case, your target is to lose 5kg.)

M- measurable (it is measurable. you can regularly monitor your weight every week. My suggestion is to take your weight and advice here so that we can monitor it together)

A- achievable (5kg may be realistic. It depends on your current weight now. For eg. if you are 40 kg, losing 5 kg would be harder than losing 5kg from a 120kg body weight). It will be good if you can advice what is your current weight.


R- realistic (3 months is a realistic time frame)

T- timely ( you have set the time frame, and the target weight loss! Let's do it!!)

Goal: To lose weight about 5kg by 3months
Current weight: ?
How to achieve:
Diet - no change. My recommendation is to continue your meals regularly but half to 3/4 your eating portion.
Exercise:
Doing treadmill and cross trainer for 15mins once a week is not enough.
Increase to at least 45-60 minutes. How about 20 mins treadmill and 30 mins cross trainer. Make sure you are panting slightly during your exercises.
Let's advice your resistance, distance and timing on your next post.
Once a week is not enough. Are you able to do 3x/week?

Btw, i hope you do not have any medical condition that requires medical attention?
